"The Mona Lisa" The picture displayed here, a replica of Leonardo Da Vinci's masterpiece "The Mona Lisa", was created in a toaster from 65 pieces of ordinary white bread! Completed in 1982, "The Mona Lisa" was the first of over 40 depictions of famous paintings created by Tadahiko Ogawa of Kyoto, Japan. Others include: Botticelli's "Birth of Venus", Michelangelo's "The Creation", and Da Vinci's "The Last Supper" - all created from ordinary toast!
